Mike has spent more than 20 years in the home services industry and has worked with hundreds of appliance repair, HVAC, and vent cleaning businesses, from single-truck operations to multi-location companies.
He is the author of two books, Digital Marketing for Home Service Businesses and Built for Beyond the Truck, and co-founder and CEO of Service Alliance Group. He is a frequent presenter and trainer at industry conferences, which means he is not on the sidelines. He is in the room with the owners he serves.
